After a detailed evaluation, Prometheus selected Ariett ReqNet with MobileNet, Budgeting, PO Change, Receiving and RFQ Modules, to leverage its robust workflow for managing complex approval routing, as well as improve visibility to a real-time display of calculated budget availability when approving a purchase line item. 

A key component of the decision was Ariett’s low total cost of ownership when combined with an easy to use interface for the large user community, yet robust buyer functionality for vendor assignment, consolidation of requisitions, ability to submit RFQ and insert new approved requisition line items into an existing Purchase Order.  Additionally, Ariett’s configurable, automated mail service and integration with Microsoft SRS Reporting Tool provided critical options for the delivery of purchase orders to vendors.
